With a number of choices for each course, tuck into the likes of Lamb galouti kebab, with mung bean sprouts and mint chutney; tandoori Balchao prawns with seasonal salad and gooseberry chutney; and Norfolk chicken supreme cooked in the clay oven with coriander and cumin. All mains will also be served with aloo muttar masala, Navrattan vegetable pulao, and coriander naan. To finish, dessert will comprise an Eton Mess with fresh berries, meringue and crème fraiche.
