Chef Peter Joseph is a Michelin-starred chef whose culinary career has been shaped by more than three decades at the highest level of modern Indian cuisine, including a decade of Michelin recognition in London. Drawing on this experience, he went on to create Kahani, a contemporary Indian restaurant that reflects his personal vision, one rooted in tradition yet expressed through modern British sensibilities. At Kahani, Indian flavours are reimagined using carefully sourced British ingredients and seasonal produce, resulting in refined, narrative-led dishes that are elegant, balanced, and quietly confident.
Reuniting as close friends and former colleagues from their celebrated years at Tamarind, Peter joins Chef Mustaq Ali to craft a bespoke tasting menu that blends their diverse styles into a harmonious, memorable dining experience.
